News from our new Church Organ in Qingdao/China

ZAOBAO-Qingdao News:

Our organ in China excites further positive resonance.

Thus further groups of visitors came into the St.Michaels cathedral in September. Organist Joahan Famaey demonstrated the organ the prospective customers.

Also the large newspaper ZAOBAO was locally there and reported about our organ.

Saturday, the 7.Juni 2008 begins the homeward journey back to Germany.
After a marvelous dinner and many thank words, bishop Li and all said good-bye very cordially and humanly around him affecting of the organ-builders.
The next meeting will be then at the end of of Septembers, in order to dedicate and present with a further concert to the many guests the sound splendour our organ solemnly.

We are pleased already on it.

To the adoption of team II there was the “gold medal” for everyone from the hand of bishop Li the St.Michaels cathedral presented.
A marvelous souvenir to a very interesting and enriching time with our Opus 1 - organ in China.

Friday, the 6th June 2008: it is so far! Organist Johan Famaey lets our organ ring out so correctly! Our special thanks are valid for it. It by its perfect organ play and its registration art he presented our organ klanglich convincingly.All are enthusiastically of that sound variety. Such organ sounds are new and for many Chinese very pleasant and surprisingly in this church. Now the organ with its sounds can the various service take up and to the joy of the service visitors and concert visitors ring out.
